No-one injured in three-hour operation
A man wanted by police in connection with a stabbing investigation has been found and arrested in Douglas within the last half hour.
Craig Varey had been pursued by police since Sunday morning following an early-hours incident at a property in the Stanley View area which left another man in hospital.
Mr Varey was located at a house in Murray’s Road in Douglas tonight (Monday).
The road had been closed since 8.15pm while a police operation was conducted.
They say no-one was injured, are thanking the public for their assistance and apologising for any inconvenience.
