Outcry by farmer's family on Facebook
Were you in the area of Archallagan yesterday daytime?
Police are appealing for witnesses to a dog attack on a local farmer's sheep near the plantation, and have launched a campaign to locate the owner.
It's after an outcry by a member of the farmer's family on Facebook - which went viral last night, continuing into the early hours of this morning.
Officers in the Western Neighbourhood Policing Team believe the owner is aware of what's happened.
They're asked to get in touch with Peel Police Station by calling 842208 immediately.
