Police are appealing for information following an incident that happened around 11 o'clock last night (6 January) in Douglas.
A red vehicle is believed to have collided with a red Ford transit van in the area of Campion Way.
Police understand a taxi driver witnessed the incident.
They're requesting the taxi driver - who reported the incident - or anyone else with information to contact police headquarters on 631 212.
