
Members of the Ballasalla Resident's Association say they believe there's little that can now be done with regard to the Poacher's Pocket development.
The Select Committee examining the development took evidence in public yesterday (Thurs).
They were studying the use by the Director of Planning of delegated powers to approve major changes to the Poachers Pocket plan without reference to the Planning Committee.
It was a condition made by a planning inspector for additional work, which would raise the level of the site for flood protection measures, which led to the inquiry.
