Ploughing match postponed

Cronk y Voddy Society event now on Sunday

You know it must be wet, when a ploughing match is postponed.

The Cronk y Voddy Ploughing Match Society event at Ballagyr Farm, was scheduled to take place tomorrow (Sat 4th)

However, due to the conditions and a poor forecast for Saturday, it will now take place on Sunday, getting underway at 10.30am and running through until 3.15.

Both horses and tractors will be in action and hot and cold food will be available in the marquee.

All are welcome - the event is free to attend and proceeds will go to charity.
