Project could cost up to £16 million
Blueprints for 25 new sheltered dwellings in Peel have been submitted by developers.
The town's Housing Committee wants to expand the Westlands site, erecting nineteen brand new apartments and six semi-detached bungalows.
Twenty of the existing apartments would also be refurbished.
It's part of a much wider renovation and building project announced in 2015, and expected to be completed by 2020 - set to cost up to £16 million.
The plans are available to view online via gov.im.
