Developers behind a £40 million housing development in the heart of Ramsey say the project is reaching an exciting stage.

Sulby Riverside Limited want to build a mixed development of 207 new homes and apartments, along with a new pub, children's playpark and commercial premises, close to the town centre on land adjacent to Gardeners Lane.

Project Manager, Josh Church says all the documents relating to the development are with planners, and it's hoped a decision will be forthcoming in May. If the plans get the green light the company could be on site within a few months:
