One and two bed properties would be developed as part of the proposals
Planning approval is being sought for six flats above the Thirsty Pigeon pub in Douglas.
Six one and two bed apartments would be built, two on each floor, and the existing staircases will be replaced.
Pop Investments also wants to move the entrance and lobby area and install a ramp at the new door into the venue.
Plans have been included for an outdoor seating deck whilst the bar would also be repositioned; the internal layout would also be changed on the ground floor.
The application is currently pending consideration and can be found here.
