The kiosk wants to erect a marquee during the winter
Peel Beach Kiosk is seeking planning permission to install a marquee over winter.
The kiosk had approval to erect a marquee last winter as a protective shelter to its outdoor seating.
The proposed marquee is 12 meters long and three meters wide.
In the planning application it was stated that the structure was 'successful in extending the retail trading period'.
It will be set up on the slip way area directly in front of the kiosk and some areas of seating would remain uncovered.
There are also plans for colourful festoon lighting to be hung up inside.
The owners plan for the marquee to be used from October to March next year.
