Infrastructure minister says it's because of 'budgetary constraints'
Traffic light replacement, and footway improvements, along Woodbourne Road in Douglas have been delayed due to 'budgetary constraints'.
The infrastructure minister made the admission during last week's House of Keys sitting.
Tim Crookall was quizzed about work planned there, and at St Ninian's junction, over the next 12 months.
