Treasury minister hopes to bring it to July Tynwald
Government says it's hoping to get support for plans to address the number of empty and dilapidated houses on the Island.
According to the 2021 census, more than 5,000 properties are currently vacant.
The treasury minister says the Council of Ministers has approved a plan to help tackle the issue.
Dr Alex Allinson told the House of Keys he plans to bring it to Tynwald next month:
