There have been more reassurances from the Department of Health about PIP breast implants, which have been found to contain industrial rather than medical silicon.
In the House of Keys today (Tuesday), Health Minister David Anderson faced questions from East Douglas MHK Brenda Cannell.
Mr Anderson said the two hospitals in the United Kingdom which carry out breast surgery for patients from the Isle of Man have both confirmed they have never used them.
He said anyone on the Island who had them fitted privately should seek advice from their doctor:
