Two women from the Isle of Man are embarking on a 500 mile pilgrimage next month to raise money for the children's Hospice Rebecca House.
Kate Kirk and Sue Moore will follow an ancient trail called the Camino de Frances, which will take them over the Pyrenees, across the north of Spain almost to the Atlantic Ocean.
They expect it take around six weeks and the pair will be keeping well wishers up to date with their progress with an on-line journal.
The trip is self-funded, so any donations will be directed entirely towards Rebecca House.
Kate explains where they got the idea (audio file attached):
The on-line journal address is 2pilgrams.livejournal.com and donations can be made online at hospice.org.im
