
A Ramsey MHK says the findings of survey on the future of the Queen's Pier in Ramsey are "very positive indeed".
71% of the 1,300 people who responded to a survey organised by the Council of Minister's Working Group looking into the future of the structure said they'd support refurbishment or restoration.
Anne Craine says this now provides a resounding endorsement for moving on.
However she has urged a degree of caution with regard to the possibility of some income generation scheme for the pier at the same time:
