Sara Goodwins handed over her document at Tynwald Hill this week addressing the 'undemocratic nature' in which she claims some Tynwald decisions are overthrown.

She told Manx Radio she's concerned about the horse tram tracks not spanning the full length of Douglas Promenade, despite an order to do so in 2017.
In July last year, Infrastructure Minister Chris Thomas said the decision to reinstate the horse trams to the Sea Terminal had to be balanced with other priorities.
