Event organised by Manx Alzheimer's Society
A local woman whose husband suffered from dementia says more people need to come forward and talk about the condition.
Dee Callister lost her husband, Jack, last year and says the support of drop in sessions 'De Caff' were a huge help.
She was talking at a Manx Alzheimer's Society conference in Douglas this week.
Mrs Callister hopes her experience will encourage others to seek help:
Plans to boost dyslexia support 'game changing'
Police hope to extend Operation Needle next year
Victim Support: 'No World Cup match result should put you at risk of domestic abuse'
Dyslexia recommendations are 'practical, proportionate and achievable'
