UK process slowing down new Manx law
Garff MHK Martyn Perkins has apologised for the delay in the Abortion Bill becoming law.
Mr Perkins says he had been very supportive of Dr Alex Allinson's Bill and was disappointed that it appeared to be bogged down in legislative process in the UK.
