They can be found sleeping on beaches
People are being reminded to keep their distance from seal pups this autumn.
Grey seals usually give birth between August and November with the season running into January.
Typically, they'll appear on secluded beaches - but sometimes they're found on one that is accessible.
Lara Howe from the Manx Wildlife Trust says not to touch a seal pup if you spot one on the beach.
The charity has a number of volunteer 'Seal Sitters' around the Isle of Man who keep an eye on the animals.
If you ever have any concerns about a seal or pup's health, or believe they are at risk of disturbance on busy public beaches, you're asked to call the charity on 844 432 during office hours or send them a Facebook message.
