70-year-old denies committing offence
A pensioner will stand trial in June after denying using provoking behaviour towards his ex-partner.
Richard Leslie Callow, of The Meadows in Kirk Michael, will attend a one-day hearing on 29 June.
The 70-year-old has denied the charge which allegedly took place on 6 February.
Update: The trial on 29 June was vacated. On 11 July a three-week adjournment was granted. The case is next expected to be listed on 1 August.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 20 August Callow, who had pleaded guilty to stalking and provoking behaviour, was handed a 22-week custodial sentence which has been suspended for 18 months. He was also handed a six-month restraining order.
