Offence allegedly took place in December
A Peel woman accused of disorderly behaviour on licensed premises will appear in court again next month.
Forty-four-year-old Nicolle Clare Mears, of Belle Vue, was due to appear at Douglas Courthouse but was excused attending in person.
She’s said to have committed the public order offence on 18 December last year but hasn’t yet entered a plea.
The case was adjourned until 7 July.
UPDATE:
Mears appeared in court on 16 January 2023 for the disorderly behaviour on licensed premises charge.
No evidence was offered and the case was dismissed and replaced with alternative charge of a Section 3 Public Order offence to which she pleaded guilty.
She was sentenced to pay a fine and costs.
