More than 4,000 people are expected to head to Peel on Sunday.
It's traditionally been the focus of Mad Sunday for many years, but the new organisers are promising something bigger and better for 2011.
Peel in Motion is intended to give people of all ages plenty to see, hear, taste and take part in.
There'll be vintage bikes, a treasure hunt, giraffe cyclists, stilt walkers and five stages with live music.
It starts at 11am, finishing around 4pm.
Event Organiser Candy Atcheson says it will be a far cry from the disappointment of previous years.
