54-year-old to stand trial in June
A Peel man will stand trial in June after denying assaulting a child.
David John Fallows of Douglas Street entered a not guilty plea to a charge of common assault on a male under 14 years.
The trial has been set for 14 June, and is expected to last one day.
The 54-year-old will remain on bail until his trial date.
