Due in court Monday afternoon
Police say a 26-year-old man from Peel has been charged with affray and entering a closed road.
He's due to appear in court this afternoon.
It's in relation to an incident at Laurel Bank yesterday, which saw the man allegedly waving an axe and being threatening and abusive towards marshals and police.
