Extra officers patrolling the route
Pedestrians have had to 'jump out the way' of motorcyclists illegally using the Heritage Trail, according to police.
It's been happening along the old railway line between Union Mills and Crosby.
Officers say it's not an access road and is clearly signposted to say motor vehicles aren't allowed.
