Advocate believes changes would adversely affect most vulnerable

The views of Island Legal Aid advocate Pamela Pringle, who's the managing director of Pringle Law Ltd.
She says proposals announced by the Treasury now extends the remit of the PDU to include all legal aid work, both civil and criminal, and argues that this creates a conflict of interest.
