The five railway workers who have lost their jobs have so far been paid just over £19,000 each in compulsory early retirement and redundancy pay.
The figure has been revealed in a reply to a Tynwald written question from Rushen MHK Juan Watterson.
Treasury Minister Anne Craine points out the figure is a gross one, before deductions for income tax, national insurance and superannuation contributions.
She adds the workers are also due a remaining balance of lump sum payments, which will be calculated and paid out after this month.
