
Some people are abusing the first class service being provided by doctors in the Isle of Man, according to the Chairman of the Island's GP Subcommitee.
Dr Alex Allinson says 40 appointments are lost every week at his Ramsey practice, because people are late or fail to turn up at all.
Dr Allinson believes attitudes need to change:
