DoI bring in Parking Order to prevent disabled bay misuse
Carpark enforcement rules are being brought in at Noble's hospital, after concerns about disabled parking misuse.
The Department of Infrastructure is introducing the parking order, to ensure drivers abide by the 'normal' rules of the road.
The DoI says it's become aware that disabled parking bays are "too often unavailable for those who need them".
The order means penalties, including fines, will be issued to anyone parking illegally.
All parking areas on the site are to be affected by these rules.
