Dead animal washed up on Manx shores
A unique discovery in Port Erin has left Island conservationists stumped.
Last Friday (15th) a member of the public contacted the Manx Wildlife Trust after finding a dead otter washed up on the coast.
Otters are not endemic to Manx waters, and this is the first one ever to be spotted.
The creature's since been transferred to Manx National Heritage for archiving.
