The Friends of the Curraghs Wildlife Park will hear how some of Britain’s lost animals have been brought back after dying out, at an event later this month.
RSPB highland officer Roy Dennis, the first osprey warden in Scotland, will give a talk at the Erin Arts Centre at 7.30pm on Saturday, May 23.
Entitled 'From Ospreys To Beavers', the talk will describe his experiences restoring goldeneye, sea eagles and red kites to Scotland as breeding birds.
For more information you can get in touch with the Curraghs Wildlife Park, the Welcome Centre at the Sea Terminal in Douglas, or the Erin Arts Centre in Port Erin.
