Plans to overhaul the Island's rules on organ donation are being put to the public.
Garff MHK Martyn Perkins is introducing a draft bill which would see all Islanders having to 'opt-out' of, rather than volunteering to, have their organs donated after they die.
Around 15% of the Island's population are currently signed up to the NHS' organ donors' register.
A public consultation on the matter has been launched, and will run until 8 June.
Mr Perkins says donated organs can be 'life-changing' for recipients.
