Plans for a nine-storey apartment block are being strongly resisted by a group of Douglas residents.
The proposed development, at Summerhill quarry, would see the construction of 68 two-bedroom flats.
Planning permission is being sought by local architects Savage and Chadwick, on behalf of the English company Holden Properties Limited.
