Onshore wind 'is the way to go' if the Isle of Man is to have a cost-effective energy source.
That's from the team behind the proposed Manx Utilities wind farm at Earystane and Scard.
The project has now reached the environmental impact assessment stage, which is being carried out by consultancy firm Wardell Armstrong.
