One-way system during FOM to be discussed

Assessment of road conditions considered

The possibility of a one way system over the Mountain during the Classic festival and the MGP next year will be discussed in the weeks ahead.

The Mountain Road has remained two-way over the Mountain during the last two weeks - it is made one-way for the duration of the TT Festival earlier in the summer.

Organisers will be assessing driving behaviour and the situation on the roads during the last two weeks

Speaking on Manx Radio TT, Sergeant Andy Reed says the idea of a one way system for the Festival of Motorcycling will be one of the issues which will be considered.
