Local authority wants to expand its stock to support community needs
Onchan Commissioners is inviting 'expressions of interest' for land which could be used for future social housing developments.
The local authority says it is 'actively seeking' opportunities to expand the authority’s stock to 'meet the needs' of the community.
It adds that it would like to 'explore' purchasing a larger property to turn into flats or apartments or brownfield sites for a new development.
