Douglas council launch new campaign
If you thought spot was a dog - it's where you'll be fined if you let it foul.
A new campaign is being launched by Douglas Council to deter owners from leaving dog mess on pavements.
It'll also mean people dropping litter will be issued a fine.
Until now people would've been taken to court, but councillor Richie McNicholl says the problems are getting so bad they've had to take tougher action:
