An Olympic medallist and children's advocate is urging those 'who may have space in their heart and home' to consider fostering.
Fatima Whitbred's been on the Isle of Man this week speaking to various officials about young people in care.
She also made a call for government to introduce legislation to protect children.
As someone who lived in care until the age of 14, she told Manx Radio everyone deserves a chance:
