Free counselling on issues from consumer rights to dealing with your landlord are being promoted by the Office of Fair Trading.
Islanders struggling with credit card payments, personal loans, rent or household expenses are encouraged to book an appointement.
Slots can be arranged at the OFT's new Thie Slieau Whallian office in St John's on most weekdays - or for Murray House in Douglas on Tuesdays and Fridays.
