Customers voice concerns on social media
Reports that 90 gas customers face being cut off are being investigated by the Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading.
Current OFT chair John Wannenburgh is seeking an urgent meeting with the gas provider to establish the facts.
It comes after customers posted on social media to say they'd received letter stated they'd been disconnected.
