Former police officer claims most new recruits leave within a couple of years
Retaining police officers is a bigger challenge for the Isle of Man Constabulary than recruitment.
That's the view of a former Manx sergeant Ged Power.
A recruitment drive is currently underway seeking new student constables and volunteer officers.
But Mr Power says in his experience, most leave within a few years of joining:
