Chair of Housing and Communities Board says it should underpin all government's strategies
A report assessing the types of homes needed on the Isle of Man can't just "sit on the shelf".
That's the view of the chair of the Housing and Communities Board.
The Objective Assessment of Housing Need document will be used as an evidence base for the Island’s Strategic Plan.
Published earlier this week it says almost 1,000 additional public sector homes are needed to meet the baseline demand until 2041.
