Charged with possessing imitation firearms
Magistrates have heard a UK man, getting off the ferry to visit family here, allegedly had two replica handguns in his car.
Twenty-nine-year-old Samuel Alexander Martin, of Carlsbrooke Avenue in Nottingham, appeared at Douglas courthouse.
He's charged with possessing two imitation firearms on 28 June as he arrived on the Island, in a black BMW, just after 6am.
No pleas were entered. He was bailed in the sum of £500 to appear again on 26 August.
