Okell's Inn keen to see scheme continued
Pedestrianising North Quay in Douglas during intervals last year was ‘very good’ for businesses in the area and provided opportunities for collaboration.
That’s the view of Okell’s Inns which says it would like to see the scheme – which saw the area shut to traffic over TT and summer weekends - continued.
Douglas Council is looking to trial pedestrianising the area permanently.
You can find out more HERE.
The council will consult businesses, customers and residents in the area before final plans are unveiled.
