Facility has been operating since the end of March
The non-medical helpline is receiving around 100 calls every day seeking clarity on the Island's coronavirus guidelines.
The service was set up last month to give those unable to view the government's website access to the information.
Those staffing the lines have been asked questions about pets, exercise and key worker status.
Lead for the Government Community Support Group Jennie Wheeler says it's about helping the public interpret the rules correctly:
The number for the non-medical helpline is 686262.
