Retailers can resume trading from Monday 'if ready'
'Non-essential' shops are allowed to reopen from Monday, government has confirmed.
The Chief Minister Howard Quayle made the announcement at today's media conference.
Also from Monday, Mr Quayle says the property market may resume work, with viewings to be allowed again, albeit virtual where possible.
Rules around public gatherings have remained the same, but the chief minister says a further announcement will be made regarding that on Monday.
Regarding shops, he emphasised only retailers that feel ready to resume business can, and it is not compulsory:
