Bakery hopes to open new site in former Lloyds Bank building
An artisan bakery on the Isle of Man is looking to expand its offering.
Noa Bakehouse has submitted a planning application for a new premises on the bottom floor of the newly-refurbished Peveril Building, opposite the Sea Terminal
The plans are for a single-use bakery and coffee shop.
It would be in addition to Noa's cafe site in the Market Hall on Douglas' North Quay, as well as the seasonal pop-up at the Cosy Nook in Port Erin.
The bakery says the new tenant of the upper floor offices of the former Lloyds Bank building expressed a desire to have a cafe on the ground floor.
It says the space would be ideal, and large windows would showcase the patisserie and coffee roasting room.
The bakery, it says, will require six to ten members of staff.
Deliveries will be daily during 8am to 4pm, with access via the carpark lane.
