The jury in the trial of the Island's Attorney General Stephen Harding has yet to reach a verdict.
The court proceedings have been adjourned until Friday morning (13 Dec) as one of the seven jurors has a long-standing appointment.
In his summing-up, presiding judge Deemster Birkett urged the five men and two women of the jury to review all the evidence dispassionately.
Fifty-two year-old Stephen Harding denies charges of perjury and committing acts against public justice, relating to the winding-up of former Island company Street Heritage in 2010.
