Thomas says Equality laws a good start
A senior minister in the Manx government says there's no silver bullet for tackling sexual harassment, but legal protection is a good place to start.
In the UK twenty five MPs have now been accused of inappropriate behaviour, with Westminster embroiled in a growing scandal.
Chris Thomas says harassment of any kind is unacceptable and can't be dealt with solely through legislation.
He's hopeful up-and-coming equality laws will play a part in tackling problems, but says wider social issues also need challenging:
