Chief Minister Tony Brown has denied senior management at the Post Office have been given pay rises.
Around 250 Post Office staff are currently considering industrial action as they claim a wage increase, which the company says they can't have.
In the House of Keys today (Tuesday), Mr Brown was asked whether senior managers had been regraded and given more money.
He said that wasn't the case, but added that previously agreed, incremental, pay rises were still being honoured throughout the public sector:
