If the tide was higher, damage would have been worse
The Chief Executive of the Steam Packet Company says there is no safety issue with Douglas harbour.

Speaking on Mandate this morning (Tues) Mark Woodward said the harbour has a well-dredged depth for the Ben, even in low tides and the damage could have been worse if the tide had been higher.
